If you have ordered the wrong size bed, the wrong colour or the product is damaged you can return items up to 14 days after the date you received them as long as they are in an unused, as new, resalable condition and within the 14 day period.
Please only return them in the box they were supplied in and secure with tape.
Please Do Not roll or squash the beds into smaller packaging, as the bed condition will be affected, and the refund may not be given as a result.
You may wish to use an online delivery company who will collect and deliver your item back to us, please use a shipping service that requires a signature as proof of delivery. If you have received a product that has arrived faulty / damaged by transit please contact us we will get the item replaced or refunded at our cost.
Return delivery cost must be paid by the customer, as we have already given free shipping, unless you a have received a product/s that are either faulty or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be made once items have been returned back and checked, please allow 14 days for them to be processed, if you paid via paypal you will be refunded back to your paypal account, if you paid via credit/debit card you will be refunded to the card you originally used to purchase the item/s as long as the refund is processed with 90 days of purchase, if this is not possible a payment will be sent via a cheque.
